This is a spacious 2000 sq foot luxury home featuring 2 large bedrooms with 2 en suite bathrooms.

Home has all the extras! Vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows throughout this property give it an immense sense of space. 200 sq foot front deck with amazing and expansive views. There is also another 200 sq ft fully screened, covered and enclosed patio space which is extremely private and views of an amazing botanical area. Large outdoor stone patio for dining or laying out is also included.

Set within a tropical setting, this property is a one of a kind in Maui. Expansive tropical views from almost every room, this property offers a tropical yet luxurious island feel. Vaulted ceiling and skylights amplify the experience of being in this home. The property was fully remodeled recently and was appointed with travertine and koa wood flooring. The property boasts a tigerwood custom gourmet kitchen with high end stainless appliances, including gas range oven, large refrigerator, reverse osmosis water filter, and dishwasher. The house includes custom doors with local tigerwood, and beveled glass with brass inlays, washer/dryer, and large closets!

The North Shore of Maui is arguably the best location on Maui, as it is much less crowded with a slew of world-class beaches and some of the best access to activities and destination spots in all of Hawaii. The North Shore of Maui also provides proximity to amazing sightseeing in Maui. Thanks to some well protected zoning, the North Shore has been well protected from the timeshares, hotels and motels of other parts of the island and has been well guarded from over development. In addition, the area is very centrally located, and due to the fact that the island is relatively small, it is also located within easy driving distance to the resort areas of Maui on the South and West side for those craving a day or two of the resort environment. The North Shore location benefits for visitors are numerous and guests can conveniently explore the natural sites and destinations of North Shore Beaches, access the adventure and exploration of the Hana Highway, as well as the sites of Upcountry Maui, such as the Makawao Forest Reserve and the galleries and shops of Makawao town itself. Baby Beach is protected from large surf and is the PERFECT place for kids (and adults too). It is located at the end of Kealakai Road in Spreckelsville, about 10-12 minutes from the house. Mama's Fish House http://www.mamasfishhouse.com is just a few miles away and around 8 minutes from the property. It is located in a private little cove just a few miles from the house. It can be on the more expensive side but it is easily the nicest restaurant on the island and Travel and Leisure Magazines 2nd best seafood restaurant in America. Colleen's at the Cannery http://colleensinhaiku.com is also close to the house and around 5-7 minutes and is a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is more moderately priced with outstanding local ingredients and amazing fare.

The world famous Road to Hana begins just 3 miles from the house. It is a wonderful drive with access to a blacksand beach with caves and a blowhole (Wai'anapa'napa State Park) and the Seven Sacred Pools: (Kipahulu) and lots of waterfalls, and scenery along the way. There is a Costco about 2 minutes from the airport in Kahalui. This is a great place to load up on groceries for your vacation. There is plenty of local produce and locally caught fish to choose from including an authentic poke bar with fresh tuna. This is a great place to stop for food and drinks as well as tickets to activities and excursions across the island including golf, spa days, zip lining, snorkel trips, dinner cruises, etc. all at 30-40% off the standard price.
